1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

Empire World LLC provides sourcing and supply solutions for government agencies, businesses, and organizations, including product sourcing, quoting, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination. 3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
3.1 Program description. The Empire World LLC SMS Program provides text messages that may include customer care and support messages, quote and RFQ status updates, order confirmations, delivery and fulfillment notifications, and other account- or service-related alerts. Marketing or promotional messages will be sent only to users who have given express prior consent to receive them.
3.2 Opt-in. You may opt in to the SMS Program by providing your mobile phone number and consent through a form on the Website, in writing, or during the course of business communications with us. By opting in, you authorize Empire World LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provided using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3.3 Cancellation (opt-out). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a one-time SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3.5 Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.6 Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes arising under a government contract remain subject to the disputes procedures of that contract.
